Shipping was prompt and product was delivered without any damage. My only concern is that in the picture the product contained a label with the Hoover logo, which I assumed meant that the filter was an original replacement directly from Hoover. In installing there was an extra amount of play compared to the original filter but it doesnt seem like its affecting vacuum performance. If you could pay a few more dollars and get an OEM replacement I would recomend that but if its a lot more this one seems like it will do the job.
Good serviceNovember 30, 2009 Karen(Midwest) I'm pleased with the company where I purchased this item. Initially they sent me the wrong item. When I called they shipped a new/correct filter immediately and did not charge me extra. They simple asked that I return the incorrect item to them with the FREE shipping label (which I did). Mistakes happen. What I was please about was the very quick and professional way with which they corrected the situation. I will definitely buy from them again.

Quick shipping and it was what I needed! Home Depot and Lowes had it but it was double the cost...even with shipping. Great find and buy!
