 Excellent Vacuum With Problems September 2, 2010

First of all, my Windtunnel T-series is the most effective vacuum I've ever had. I love this thing in many ways--it's fairly light and easy to move around. It suctions great.However, the belt keeps coming off, requiring me to repeatedly take the time to fix it. Now, I have no suction in the wand. I've only used this vacuum 6 times. I would have hoped that Hoover would have designed a more durable machine. Oh, well.

The belt that turns the brush wheel snaps off. It is a pain in the rear to put it back on. The customer service is very rude, and i'd rather not call them again.
I went beyond the 90day return policy of target. I wish i could return this stupid thing. My old bissel (10 years of service) atleast worked a little.
I hate companies with bad customer service. This one tops it with poor belt design.
The vaccuming portion is good, when it works.

I needed a vacuum cleaner that would be easier to use than my ancient Filter Queen. I was shocked at how much dirt, dust and lint the Hoover vacuum picked up when I first used it. It does a GREAT job and is so easy to use. I used to HATE vacuuming, but now it is a breeze and the carpets look better than ever. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend!

This is a great product and a good value. It really get the dirt and dust out of the carpet. I recently remodeled and had no idea how much drywall dust was still left in my carpet from my old vacuum. This product cleans easily and I especially like the retractable cord.

I had this piece of crap for 6 years. It worked okay for 6-8 months. Then by the end of year 3 it didnt pick up anything. By year 6 I got rid of this junk. Do not waste your money!
